As an IFBB Bikini Competitor in bodybuilding I have a deep passion as an athlete in this sport. Besides my love of competing, the sport has made me stronger and healthier than ever (even with an autoimmune disease, Ulcerative Colitis). 


It is my passion to help show you how strong and capable you truly are. To uplift and cheer you on. To supersede your own expectations and learn to truly love and care for your own amazing body by mastering your confidence in the gym.


Having a healthy body and being able to look after ourselves is an incredible privilege. Your health is one of the biggest investments you can make and I am here to cheer you on to make the first step towards a stronger, fitter, healthier and more resilient body.

Flexible eating means you can interchange meals, you're not sticking to the same meals every day! You create a calorie range and choose your favorite meals that fit into that calorie range.

This is not a coaching service. I am showing you the basics of creating a meal plan and teaching you the universally accepted principles of what calories to set you on the path of healthier eating.
