Book your Personal Training session!

Personal training sessions are either 60 minutes for $80 or 30 minutes for $40. Payable with a bank transfer or cash at the time of our session.


If you are a new client please complete this FORM in preparation for our first time working together. We'll do a consultation to go over your goals and get to know each other. Please allow extra 15-30 minutes for this on top of the workout.

Want a workout plan to follow on your own?

I get it, sometimes you just want to do your own thing! 

 

Select a plan according to how many days per week you'd like to workout on and I'll get in touch with payment details and email your plan in a PDF format. Each plan costs $40.


Please note, this is not a custom made plan, these are pre-made and are beginner friendly to get you started in the gym. They are however still challenging and intend to give you structure while you workout.
