One of these flat breads boasts 22g of protein!

You can use this flatbread for whatever you want, sandwiches, open sandwich, or even as a base for a quick home made pizza.

The flat bread is gluten free, nut free, low carb, high protein, and FODMAP friendly (for those with gut issues).

Ingredients

1 (40g) egg white (19 Cals)

1 tbsp water

1/4 tsp gaur gum

1 tbsp (11g) collagen powder (40cal)

1(10g) tbsp unflavoured protein powder (54cal)

1 tbsp tapioca flour (34 cals)

1/2 tsp baking powder

Pinch of Salt

Spray of cooking oil (10 cals)

Instructions:

Add gaur gum with water and egg white into a blender cup and blend until thick, foamy and goopy.

Transfer to a bowl.

Add all the other dry ingredients to the bowl and combine well until it becomes a batter.  Transfer to either a pan or a flat toaster with a small spray of oil and cook both sides on medium until it's golden on both sides, about a minute per side depending on how hot your pan is.
