Call me a creature of habit but I can't give up my oats first thing in the morning. My favorite breakfast, my day just wouldn't start off right without it.

I prefer my oats simple with just the right amount of flavor. I've tried the whole protein powder in your oats deal, and it's nice, but I still prefer my oats this way so it's completely up to personal preference. Let me know how you like yours?!

I add links to some products, only reason is so you can see the exact brand I use - I've become so picky and like my food with certain textures and flavors and I have my favorite brands that get it just right.

Ingredients:

 30g organic rolled oats

240g (1 cup) water

30g blueberries

Sprinkle Cinnamon

5g lemon juice

10g Stevia

20g Sugar Free Maple Syrup

Instructions:

Add your oats to a bowl (weigh it!) and add your water. Cook in the microwave on high for 2:40 seconds up to 3 minutes (depending on how liquidly you want it)

Remove and add the rest of the toppings.

All the ingredients' calories added comes to 140 calories.

This is usually a small meal for me because I have it first thing in the day before I go to gym and prefer not to have a large meal sitting in my stomach before I workout. So you can of course increase the quantities to what suits you, just calculate the calories accordingly!

Enjoy!
