Ingredients:
60ml (54g) egg whites = 28 Cals
1 1/2 tbsp water
1/4 1/8 tsp gaur gum
20g collagen powder 72cal
10g Whey = 39 cal
20g tapioca flour = 70 cals
1/2 tsp baking powder
10g sugar f choc chips = 45cal
5ml oil spray = 41 cal
Toppings:
60g banana 54cal
20g sugar f maple syrup = 10cal
10g Stevia = 5cal

Instructions:
Combine egg whites, water and guar gum in a bowl and whisk until foamy. Add all other ingredients and combine.
Spray a small frying pan with oil and pour in batter. Cook on medium to low heat until the batter sets and bubbles form, if you shake the pan and the batter doesn’t look too runny to flip, it’s ready to turn. Once flipped switch the heat off and let the remaining heat in the pan finish off the second side.
Transfer to a plate and top with your favourites!
