Protein Chocolate Dessert – 230 calories

Gluten-Free, Low-Carb, Under 300 Cals

This is a tweak from my Protein Lava Cake recipe, this version is just lower calories but still really high in protein and I often use it as a post workout meal.


Ingredients:

50g Egg Whites - 24 cal

2 tbsp water

32g Whey (I use chocolate in this one) 120 cal

24g Sugar Free hot chocolate 10cal

1/2 tsp guar gum (you can find this in most supermarkets in the organics sections)


Toppings:

40g Yogurt - 40cal (I use Naturalea Natural Authentic Icelandic yogurt)

100g blueberries - 55cal


All ingredients into a blender, blend until the color of the mixture changes (then it's nice and blended and thick from the guar gum), pour into a microwave safe bowl and microwave on high for 1 minute and top with the toppings.
