This recipe is unbelievably quick to make, you're literally just blending all the ingredients, transfer to a bowl, microwave, and top with your favorites. That's it!
I often serve this to guests as well and every single time they just couldn't believe it's a "diet" dessert. But hey, who's complaining?!
Ingredients:
1/4cup (60ml) egg white - 28 calories
1 scoop protein whey powder (chocolate is my favorite) - 120 calories
20g Stevia - 4 calories
10g Raw Cacao Powder - 37 calories
1/4 tsp guar gum
Toppings:
100g Blueberries - 55 calories
15g Caramel Whipped Cream - 50 calories
12g Callowfit Chocolate Sauce - 4 calories
Total calories: 298
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until you see the color change and become smooth looking, this is when you know it's well combined.
Transfer to a microwave safe blow (I use a cereal bowl) and microwave on high for 1 minute. Experiment with this because your microwave will be different and you may like your cake more cooked or more gooey.
Top with your favorites and enjoy!!
